1. Check the batteries:

The remote requires two AAA batteries. First, check to see that you put batteries in the unit and that they are inserted correctly. If two AAA batteries have been inserted into the unit correctly and the remote is still not working, the batteries you are using may not be charged enough. Try inserting a new, preferably unused set of AAA batteries.

2. Check the display:

When you clicked the power button, did the display in the upper left corner of the unit light up? If you are unsure, press the “M” button on the remote and you should see “H0”on the display.
